Over the last 8 years, I’ve spent many hours listening to Wilton Manors residents and these are your top concerns.

Local Affordability.

• I’m committed to developing workforce housing, Homebuyer Assistance and reducing the millage rate to rein in tax creep.

Responsible Development.

• I’m committed to revising outdated development regulations and attracting responsible investors that can support responsible growth.

Parking and Infrastructure.

• I’m committed to negotiating new public and new public/private parking arrangements and continuing investment in Circuit and ridesharing to ease congestion.

Utility Rates.

• I’m committed to ensuring we have a voice in rate setting as I’m the only Wilton Manors elected official to attend regional water meetings.

Preserve Community.

• I’m committed to protecting the inclusive identity of Wilton Manors because it supports our community, our local economy and all of us.

Fiscal responsibility.

• I’m committed to reducing taxes through strategic use of technology and getting our fair share of state and federal funding.
